Which is better for my Vehicle
Overall or Spot Painting?

Spot painting is the best way to protect the value of newer vehicles. We only paint where necessary, exactly matching that paint for a seamless repair.

Can you match the paint color exactly?

Yes. We take great pride in our ability to match factory finishes. We use a state of the art camera to photograph the finish. The digital photo is entered into a computer which prints the formula. Then a computerized mixer formulizes to color. Our technicians attend updated paint manufacturer certification classes annnually to keep pace with changes.

Why Doesn't my Bumper Appear to Match?

  • If you closely examine bumpers on new cars, you will notice a color variation from the factory.  This is due to the different processes that manufacturers use to apply coatings to different parts of the vehicle.

  • The same color, when sprayed over various materials, may appear different. This is mainly due to the chemical process most coatings use to dry and cure.  The result is usually seen as a darker color on plastic parts when compared to the metal parts.

  • Color can look different when viewed from different angles.  Since most bumpers are curved, there is a pronounced color variation that is not always seen on flat panels.

  • Many colors have a different “face” and “flop”.  The face of a color is seen when viewed “head-on”. The flop is seen when viewed from an angle.  Since most bumpers are curved, you see both the face and flop when viewed from one angle.

How soon will I get my car back?

Our professional approach significantly reduces cycle times compared to other shops. We’ll get you back on the road quickly, usually in no more than three or four days.

Should I pay for an accident repair myself
or let my insurance company handle it?

Due to rising insurance costs, more and more people are paying for minor accident repairs “out of pocket,” and we’re happy to discuss cost-saving options. We also have good relationships with all insurance companies, with whom we work on behalf of our mutual customers.

Why can’t I get an estimate over the phone?

Each vehicle is different, and when you bring yours in we’ll help you select the right service based on how long you plan to keep it, its age and condition, and your budget.

Do I have the right to choose the
repair shop of my choice?

Under California Code of Regulations, Title 10, Chapter 5, Subchapter 8, Section 2659, D., 2.C., you have the right to have any repair facility of your choice do the repairs to your vehicle.
